Renew Counselling & Health Coaching is a holistic clinic in Kelowna, BC dedicated to supporting whole-person wellness in mind, body, and spirit. For over 10 years, our team of Clinical Counsellors has provided tailored, integrative care to individuals, couples, and teens. We are a growing clinic with big vision, and we're expanding our team to match it.
The Opportunity:
This is a sub-contractor position for a counsellor who wants more than a caseload. At Renew, you'll have the autonomy to build your own programs, develop group therapy offerings, and create the kind of practice you've always envisioned, with the infrastructure, community, and collaborative energy of an established clinic behind you. What we're looking for:
- A Registered Clinical Counsellor — in good standing (RCC, MC, or equivalent designation with BCACC or applicable body) Will consider RTC (ACCT) and MPCC (CPCA)
- Passionate about group therapy and programming — you see beyond one-on-one practice and want to create experiences that serve more people
- Growth-minded and entrepreneurial — you think about your practice as a business and you're motivated to build it
- A believer in holistic healing — you understand that meaningful change happens when we support the whole person, and you value collaborating across disciplines
- A true team player — you thrive in a collaborative environment, show up for your colleagues, and contribute to a culture that lifts everyone up
- Available evenings and/or weekends — we serve clients when they need us most, and scheduling flexibility is a key part of this role
