We are a tight-knit, collaborative team looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Associate to grow with us.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Customer & Contractor Consultation: Greet customers warmly, assist with colour selection, provide expert product recommendations, and accurately mix paint to order for both retail clients and contractors.
- Inventory & Order Management: Receive heavy daily/weekly deliveries, tint and organise stock, and ensure shelves are fully stocked, front-faced, and accurately labelled.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring showroom environment (sweeping, dusting, cleaning tinting machines, and organising colour chips).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- All Hands on Deck: Other duties as required. As a small, independent retail team, we all wear many hats. You’ll be expected to step in and help out with various day-to-day store needs as they arise.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- The Right Attitude: You are a true team player who is eager to learn, takes constructive criticism well, and is always looking for ways to support the team.
- Availability: Saturdays are mandatory.
- Customer-Centric: Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred. Experience in paint, hardware, or interior design is a major asset, but we will train the right person.
- Physical Capability: This is an active role. You must be comfortable standing for long periods and safely lifting/moving heavy objects (paint cans and boxes up to 50 lbs).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
