As a Starbucks Store Manager, you'll run your store like it's your own. What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, coaching and people leadership skills.
- Experience managing sales, labour and operating costs.
- Understanding of profit and loss statements and key business metrics.
- Basic HR knowledge, including coaching and employee relations.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and email).
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
