Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Siding and Roof Metal Installer to join our team for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in exterior cladding systems, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This role requires working in a crew environment while following safety standards and project specifications.
Duties
- Install exterior cladding systems according to specifications and drawings
- Lead a team of 2-3 installers
- Install and work with metal siding system
- Ensure accurate layout, alignment, and high-quality finish work
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform sealing, caulking, and detail work as required
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Handle and move materials and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all site safety procedures and company standards.
- Must be able to travel for 2 weeks at a time
Experience
- Minimum 3 year experience in exterior cladding installation required
- Must have experience with metal siding system
- Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to read drawings and follow site instructions is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused work ethic
- Ability to operate a telehandler/forklift is an asset
- Good communication and ability to work in a team environment
- Physically capable of demanding construction work
