Qualifications:
- Proven kitchen experience (minimum 3 year)
- Proven leadership skills (minimum 3 year)
- Valid FoodSafe and WHMIS certifications
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving quickly
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Dependability, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team
- Computer literacy (Google Workspace, POS/inventory systems)
