Rydel Roofing London is looking for door-to-door canvassers in the London and surrounding area. We are founded on the backs of hardworking and dedicated individuals, who take pride in offering the most protection and long-term assurance for homeowners in a market that is known for the opposite. For this role, we are seeking a lead generation specialist looking to gain experience in a home improvement & construction industry. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented person who is a strong asset to our driven & fast-paced sales team.
Skills required:
- Must have a smartphone to be able to use company applications.
- Ability to transport yourself to and from work.
- 12-20 hours per week of availability.
- No sales or roofing experience required. (though it is an asset)
Responsibilities
- Knock on doors and engage in conversations with homeowners about the state of their asphalt roof and when they plan on getting it replaced.
- Take down information of homeowners who are potentially interested in a free roofing consultation.
- Follow the routes set by your team leader.
- Report back at the end of each session with questions, results etc.
Compensation/Inclusions
- 25$/hour during 1 month probation period, commissions added afterwards
- Full training and script on how to engage in these conversations with homeowners
- 1 session per week with a senior canvasser who can help you improve on your script and techniques.
- Commissions for lead acquisition and appointment set up.
