Position: Evening Supervisor
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Must Available )
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Tim Hortons is seeking an experienced and motivated Evening Supervisor to lead our team during evening operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining restaurant standards, supporting team members, and helping achieve operational goals.

Minimum 1 year of Tim Hortons experience required

Minimum 1 year of Supervisor or leadership experience required

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Supervise and support team members during evening shifts

Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality standards are maintained

Monitor food quality, product freshness, and proper portioning

Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons operational standards

Follow and enforce food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures

Manage shift deployment, breaks, and labour productivity

Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members

Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively

Complete required shift paperwork and reporting

Support inventory control and waste reduction initiatives

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Open and/or close the restaurant according to company procedures
