Front of House Manager / Bartender

Full-Time | Hospitality Leadership + Guest Experience
We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. This role combines Front of House leadership with bartending responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who can lead a team while still jumping behind the bar and engaging with guests.
This is not a sit-back-and-manage position, we’re looking for someone who leads from the floor, supports the team, and helps create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Front of House operations
- Lead, coach, and support FOH team members
- Assist with scheduling, floor organization, and shift coordination
- Bartend during service periods and special events
- Maintain strong guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
- Support inventory management, ordering, and bar organization
- Ensure cleanliness, service standards, and operational consistency
- Work closely with kitchen and ownership/management teams
- Help foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, resort, bar, or hospitality leadership experience
- Bartending experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent with TouchBistro
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude with strong guest-service instincts
- Reliable, organized, and team-focused

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, including hourly wage/salary plus gratuities where applicable.
