Corrcoat Services Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Field Coatings Supervisor to join our Ontario operations based out of Sarnia, supporting projects throughout Eastern Canada.
Minimum Requirements
- NACE CIP Level 1 Certification
- Experience supervising industrial abrasive blasting and protective coating crews
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, coating application, and quality control
- Ability to read and understand project specifications, drawings, and coating procedures
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel throughout Eastern Canada
Assets
- Plural component pump knowledge
- Experience with industrial coating projects in the infrastructure, marine, oil & gas, water, wastewater, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors
- Additional safety training and industry certifications
Responsibilities
- Supervise field blasting and painting crews on industrial projects
- Coordinate daily manpower, equipment, materials, and work activities
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
- Monitor surface preparation and coating application to applicable industry standards
- Maintain quality control documentation and project records
- Communicate with project management, clients, inspectors, and field personnel
- Mentor and support crew members to promote safe, high-quality work
