Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to coordinate and manage our freight operations from our location in Canada. The Dispatcher will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between drivers, clients, and the company to uphold our commitment to timely and safe deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily freight operations and communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and track shipments.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation for all dispatch activities.
- Analyze operational data to optimize routes and improve service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Support supply chain activities related to freight movement.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with transportation management systems or logistics coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent data entry and typing abilities.
- Knowledge of freight operations, shipping & receiving processes.
- Ability to analyze operational data for process improvements.
- Professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system experience.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $16.93-$30.00 per hour
