Senior Appointment Setter
About the Role
We are an established online French tutoring company serving children and adults across Canada. Due to increased demand, we’re adding an experienced Appointment Setter to handle lead qualification and consultation booking.
This role is best suited for a proven setter who understands follow-up, qualification, and calendar management — and who is comfortable being held to clear performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and warm leads via phone, SMS, and email
- Conduct structured qualification conversations with parents and adult learners
- Book qualified consultations directly onto our calendar
- Execute consistent follow-up to maximize booking and show rates
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead statuses
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or similar sales role
- Comfort with commission-only compensation
- Ability to commit to consistent working hours
- Strong English communication skills (professional, calm, confident)
- Organized, disciplined, and process-driven
Preferred Experience
- Education, tutoring, or family-oriented services
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, etc.)
- Remote sales or high-ticket appointment setting

- Consistently booking qualified consultations
- Maintaining high show rates
- Following up professionally and persistently
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
Compensation
- Commission paid for qualified consultations that attend their scheduled appointment
