Job Summary
We are hiring a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for salon and spa equipment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, equipment assembly, repair, or technical service. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Perform daily warehouse tasks: receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control
- Load and unload containers; coordinate helpers when needed
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
- Prepare shipments and print shipping labels (local & international)
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Repair & Technical Service
- Install and assemble salon & spa equipment (e.g., spa beds, chairs)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues
- Perform routine maintenance and after-sales service
- Provide on-site service and repairs when required
- Support customers and sales team with technical troubleshooting
Team Support
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Assist with warehouse and service tasks during busy periods
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in warehouse, technician, or repair roles (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with tools, assembly, or maintenance work
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Valid driver’s license (required for service calls)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Experience in salon, spa, or aesthetic equipment
- Forklift certification
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems
- Field service or after-sales support experience
