We partner with the industry’s most esteemed insurance providers to offer a comprehensive suite of products, including Auto, Home, Life, Group Health Benefits, Business, and Travel Insurance.
We are currently seeking an organized, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Thornhill/Markham office.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and gather necessary information from clients professionally.
- Policy Administration: Prepare, review, and process insurance documents and paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
- Data Management: Input client data into various insurance company portals and issue certificates of insurance.
- Office Operations: Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, and maintain efficient office workflows.
- Business Growth: Conduct targeted cold-calling to businesses to prospect for new commercial opportunities.
- Multi-tasking: Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office suite skills and fast, accurate keyboarding/data entry.
- Organization: Outstanding organizational skills with an extreme attention to detail.
- Licensing: A RIBO license is preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain it (we will provide training).
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or insurance environment is an asset, but not required.
