We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with a strong background in customer service and sales. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to foster long-term relationships. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our customer base and enhancing overall client satisfaction within the community.

We are looking for someone who:
- Build great customer experiences that keep customers coming back to our stores
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
- Promote and sell our products or services effectively to meet sales targets
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings, features, and benefits to confidently address customer inquiries
- Enjoy the challenge of hitting sales targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail or service environment
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and handle challenging situations professionally
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product presentation skills is advantageous
