What You’ll Do
- Dispense and review medications accurately and carefully using Kroll Software
- Build genuine relationships through patient counseling and medication reviews
- Collaborate with physicians and local healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists standards
- Move beyond high-volume, transactional work to become a true healthcare cornerstone in a community that values you

What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills
- Retail pharmacy software experience (asset)
- A genuine passion for community-based patient care

Compensation & Perks
- Hourly rate: $65–$70/hr (well above industry average)
- Sign-On Bonus: generous package to support your transition
- Financial Security: RSP Plan (up to $5,600 per year or $2.50/hour each year)
