RCI serves its clients with a multidisciplinary group of 6 partners and ~20 professionals. We work with US-based leverage lenders, private equity firms, and major banks regarding their portfolio companies/investments. Position overview:
You will work within a multidisciplinary team of professionals on a variety of stimulating engagements (typically 5-6 weeks). Our deal teams of 3-4 professionals deliver consulting services involving companies in numerous industries (Consumer Products, Pharma, Distribution, Services, Manufacturing, etc.) experiencing challenges arising from over-leverage, liquidity problems, under-performance, macroeconomic events, or other business transitional/operating issues.
A variety of arrangements are available which includes a hybrid work schedule.
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (CPA Audit, FP&A, CFA)
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Alteryx or Power Query/Pivot a plus);
- Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment;
- Desire to develop new skills;
- Ability to collaborate with client personnel and other professionals;
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills;
- A positive and energetic attitude;
- Ability to work autonomously.
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$102,000, and employees may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Compensation complies with applicable pay transparency legislation and is regularly reviewed to stay market competitive. Salaries within the range reflect individual contributions and are based on objective factors such as internal equity, experience, education, role scope, and required skills
