We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with immigration processes, provide expert guidance on visa applications, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding immigration options, requirements, and procedures
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, petitions, and related documentation
- Stay updated on current immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes to ensure compliance
- Conduct eligibility assessments and advise clients on the best course of action based on their circumstances
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation submissions
- Coordinate with legal professionals and government agencies to facilitate application processing
- Educate clients about their rights, responsibilities, and the potential outcomes of their immigration cases
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up and communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience or background knowledge in immigration law or related fields is preferred
- Strong understanding of visa types, immigration policies, and legal documentation processes
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for case management and documentation
- Certification or licensing in immigration consulting or legal assistance is a plus but not mandatory
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset for serving diverse client populations

Pay: $35,700.00-$88,980.15 per year
