We are seeking a dedicated Intake Worker to join our team in Canada. Based in-office, this role is vital in coordinating client intake processes and ensuring smooth communication between clients and counsellors. We are looking for a part-time relief individual for 20-30 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to transition into full time as the Company grows.

Summary
- Manage client intake and maintain accurate records.
- Handle phone inquiries using multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document proofreading.
- Coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely referral procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in healthcare or counselling settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team collaboration.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly outgoing demeanor.
- Prior experience in medical or counselling office environments is an asset but not required.
