Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Retail Supplement Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting supplements and wellness products that align with their health goals while providing an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for natural health, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
· Assist customers in finding supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbal products, haba and wellness solutions.
· Educate customers on product features, ingredients, and general wellness benefits while staying within applicable regulations and company policies.
· Maintain current knowledge of supplement trends, product lines, and wellness topics.
· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure merchandise displays are clean and organized.
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
· Support promotional events, product demonstrations, and in-store education initiatives.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment.
· Follow all company policies, health regulations, and retail procedures.Qualifications
· Previous retail, customer service, health food store, or supplement industry experience preferred.
· Strong interest in nutrition, natural health, fitness, or wellness.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
· Comfortable learning about new products and wellness trends.
· Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. (11 kg).
Preferred Qualifications
· Education or certification in nutrition, holistic health, fitness, or a related field.
· Experience working with dietary supplements, natural health products, or specialty retail.
· Familiarity with common vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, sports nutrition and health & beauty products.
