RC Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic in NW Calgary. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our supportive team. Schedule
- Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm
- 30+ hours per week
- No evenings!
- Saturday shifts may become available in the future

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, prosthodontic, and orthodontic treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and efficient environment
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Maintain patient records accurately using ClearDent
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns during visits
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Alberta
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with ClearDent is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of infection control procedures and sterilization techniques
