We specialize in professional wash & wax, interior detailing, polishing, gelcoat restoration, and seasonal marine care. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, reliability, and respect for our clients’ boats.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Washing, waxing, polishing, and detailing boats (interior & exterior)
- Assisting with oxidation removal and gelcoat restoration (training provided)
- Working on boats at marinas, docks, and private properties
- Handling professional-grade tools, equipment, and marine products
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Representing A1 Marine Care professionally with customers and marina staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Reliable transportation to job sites (or ability to meet at designated locations)
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
- Previous detailing, marine, automotive, or hands-on labor experience is an asset - but not required.

Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling available
- Typical hours: daytime, weekdays + occasional weekends during peak season
- Seasonal position (Spring–Fall) with potential to return year after year
