Goodbye Graffiti is looking to add a Graffiti Removal Technician to our small, professional team in Victoria.
We specialize in graffiti removal, pressure washing, and exterior restoration for commercial and residential clients. This is a hands-on, active role that’s well suited to someone early in their career who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys working independently.
The Role
As a Junior Technician, you’ll use a company vehicle to travel between job sites and carry out graffiti removal and restoration work using basic tools, products, and equipment.
Most work is completed solo, with occasional team-based projects. Each day brings different surfaces, locations, and problem-solving challenges. We work year-round, in most weather conditions, and occasionally at heights.

- Experience in construction, property maintenance, pressure washing, or painting is an asset
- No formal certification required — we provide professional training
Key Responsibilities
- Graffiti removal and surface restoration
- Assist pressure washing and large paint work
- Patrolling assigned properties on foot to identify required work
- Communicating daily with the Supervisor and following job instructions
- Working safely, efficiently, and professionally at all times
- Safely driving a work truck
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract (mandatory)
- Comfortable with physical work, outdoor conditions, and occasional ladder or height work
- Able to work independently and represent the company professionally on client sites
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, year-round position with the exception of a few days off due to weather
- Schedule: Saturday to Tuesday, typically 8-hour shifts
- Regular start time: 8:30 AM (some earlier mornings required)
- Hourly wage starts at the posted rate, with increases based on performance, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
