Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper – Kunafa’s Scarborough
Kunafa’s is looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our Scarborough team. This role is primarily responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and organized through dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen support. Some light food prep and occasional grill assistance may also be required.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, dish area, and storage areas.
- Sweep, mop, take out garbage, and complete general cleaning tasks.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep and occasional grill duties as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
Requirements
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
