Customer Service Representative for Pet Lovers!

Key Qualifications:
- Passionate about pets or is a pet owner, with a genuine interest in helping pet owners.
- Fluent in English and possesses strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve issues effectively.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
- An upbeat and friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Availability to work flexible shifts between 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM, including evening shifts and weekends.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- At least one year of experience in the customer service field.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Confident problem-solving skills with the ability to personalize solutions for each customer.
- Exhibits high levels of empathy and compassion, and can effectively de-escalate customers during high-pressure situations.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Can confidently multitask and manage multiple customer interactions concurrently.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed performance goals and KPIs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a secondary school education or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check with a valid government-issued ID.
Technical Requirements:
- A minimum 19-inch monitor or a laptop with a secondary monitor.
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Webcam.
- Hard-wired connection.
- No Chromebooks allowed.
- Must be comfortable using monitoring software on your system.
What You Will Do:
- Be part of a team on a mission to improve the lives of pets and their owners.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention through inbound and outbound communications.
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, live chat, and email, addressing inquiries related to platform navigation, technical support, billing and insurance, profile concierge services, and more.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data.
- Manage member escalations with empathy and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your team and other departments to maintain efficiency and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Work from home in a quiet space with your own equipment, including a computer system, hardwired internet connection, webcam, and wired headset.
