Lionhead Mechanical Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is an industry leading contractor specializing in multi-family construction projects. We are currently looking to grow our pride with a Permanent team of dynamic individuals in the Kelowna and surrounding area. We have over 4 years of work in Kelowna and growing!
We are accepting applications for Sheet Metal Workers and Refrigeration Workers with experience as 1st year to Journeyman to work at several of our Kelowna projects
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Collaborative, problem solving and analytical skills
- Promote and maintain awareness and compliance of Health and Safety in accordance with company and industry standards
- Proven experience in the Multi Family or Commercial industry combined with theoretical knowledge
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and complete projects on time.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
