About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency across freight, warehousing, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and prepare KPI reports and dashboards.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Support CargoWise, TMS, and other operational systems through testing and process enhancements.
- Analyze pricing, lane profitability, and transportation performance.
- Develop reports using Excel and Power BI for management decision-making.
- Assist with warehouse, trucking, and freight operations analysis.
- Document business processes and recommend best practices.
- Support cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an asset.
- Experience with CargoWise or other TMS/WMS platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
