Position: Parking Facility Ambassador
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift Availability: 1 Position Available
Position Available - Full Time - Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

We are currently looking for 1 new Parking Facility Ambassadors to join our growing Yorkton team. This position reports directly to the Operations Manger. You will be responsible for a portfolio of locations, providing parking enforcement services, equipment servicing, light maintenance duties and contribute to a world class customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
· Patrolling of parking lots both locally and remotely
· Issue parking notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking rules
· Perform permit audits, space counts and rate surveys.
· Monitor and respond to alerts through a variety of platforms.
· Address any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment.
· Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot parking equipment
· Maintain cleanliness schedule for assigned lot locations.
· Maintain and manage inventory of equipment.
· Handle all inquires from customers
· Other related duties may be assigned.

· Able to walk, stand for extended periods
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Valid Driver's license & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
· Ability to recognize problems and execute solutions
· Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
· Work independently
· Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record
· Time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with strong attention to detail
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and remain calm / maintain positive attitude under pressure.
