What You'll Do
As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you'll play an important role in helping athletes build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy the sport of gymnastics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning fun, creative, and engaging lessons for each class.
- Instruct recreational, pre-competitive, or competitive classes, guiding athletes through all events (bars, beam, vault, floor).
- Teaching and developing gymnastics skills, including strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique.
- Encouraging athletes to challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and achieve their personal goals.
- Building positive relationships with athletes and communicating professionally with parents and fellow coaches.
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every child can succeed.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a gymnastics background.
- Holds NCCP Foundations/Level 1+ certification (or is willing to obtain it).
- Is positive, reliable, responsible and enthusiastic.
- Enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities.
- Is a strong communicator and a great team player.

Compensation:
Hourly rate is based on NCCP certification level, coaching experience, and overall qualifications.
