Job Summary
As a member of our Guest Experience team, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors to Sasquatch Mountain Resort—helping with ticket sales, bookings, inquiries, and everything in between. Whether it’s answering questions in person, over the phone, or online, your mission is to ensure each guest feels welcomed, informed, and excited for their visit. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that includes collaboration with departments like Sales, Marketing, and Retail. Job Responsibilities
Greet guests and answer in-person, phone, and email inquiries- Assist with online and onsite ticket sales, using POS systems
- Help guests with ski/snowboard lesson bookings and general resort information
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for seasonal events and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office space
- Assist with season pass sales and troubleshooting
- Support our Retail Store through customer service, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Clear snow from walkways and entrances as needed
- Help identify and report any safety hazards or guest issues
- Stay informed on current procedures and ensure other team members are updated
- Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, discount tracking, and office inventory
- Represent the resort outdoors during peak periods to offer assistance and directions
- Uphold a clean, professional appearance
- Follow all safety protocols and resort policies
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Customer service experience is an asset- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and in a high-volume setting
- Willingness to support other departments and rotate roles as needed
- Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Comfortable working in a family-oriented resort with diverse guests of all ages
- Strong time management and stress-handling abilities
- All SMR team members must contribute to snow removal and interdepartmental support
