Superior Facility Services is a family owned company who have been providing services to long term care and retirement facilities for over 30 years. Currently we are searching to fill a vacant Breakfast Cook / Cook for our location in Orangeville Ontario - Avalon Retirement Lodge.
This is a permanent casual position. Candidate must be available for both weekday and weekend shifts. As an essential service employees are required to work during a pandemic and to be in compliance with provincial regulations pertaining to immunization in the industry.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in food services and food preparation
Safe Food Handling certification.
Post secondary diploma in culinary or food services is considered an asset.
The Job:
Cook: Prepare delicious healthy meals to residents in a professional and courteous manner. Comply with all provincial regulations and established department policies and procedures and be aware of Resident Rights and Responsibilities. Complete all other tasks as assigned including but not limited to menu planning and food ordering.
