TerraPro is seeking experienced Dispatchers for Matting Operations for local Edmonton Area Projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the timing of all materials, equipment, trucking and personnel based upon customers needs.
- Understand work being performed and best equipment and trucking selection for the job
- Key point of contact for customer once work has been received
- Ability to effectively change plans and resources (people, equipment, trucking) with little notice
- Update Mat tracking and review field tickets for accuracy
- Dispatch qualified personnel and ensure proper certification (including pre-access drug testing) requirements are met prior to arrival
- Arrange hotels for personnel as well as camp/room arrangements with customer
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of previous dispatching experience in the matting or transportation industry
- Knowledge of TerraPro’s equipment and transportation industry would be an asset
- Previous experience dispatching for multiple field sites for short and long term project work
- Working knowledge of Alberta roads and transportation logistics
- Ability to multi-task including a strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues
