Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Caledon, ON. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse professional with RF scanner experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations including packaging, picking, packing, sorting, labeling, put away, replenishment, and order consolidation. This position will be based in an upstairs mezzanine area, so candidates must be comfortable walking upstairs, standing for extended periods, and working in a physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately complete warehouse tasks including unloading, sorting, labeling, put away, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing, and packaging products.
- Use wrist-worn or handheld RF scanning equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately for shipping.
- Support consolidation and packaging tasks after training and cross-training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety and hazardous material requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime expectations.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Location: Caledon, ON, L7C 3Y7.
