Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in enrolling in beauty, esthetics, and medical esthetics programs.
- Build genuine rapport with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, consultations, and in-person/virtual meetings.
- Guide potential students through the admissions process with integrity and transparency, providing information on programs, costs, funding options, career outcomes, and school benefits.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand prospects' goals, motivations, and needs, then match them to suitable programs.
- Close enrollments ethically (no high-pressure tactics), helping prospects make informed decisions to commit to training.
- Achieve enrollment/sales targets and contribute to the school's growth in student admissions.
- Collaborate with admissions teams, student services, and other staff to support smooth onboarding and retention.
- Handle inquiries, schedule tours/consultations, and follow up on leads promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems or similar tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, sales, recruitment, customer service, or a related field (experience in post-secondary education or vocational training is preferred but not always required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — ability to listen actively, empathize, and persuade with authenticity.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales/enrollment goals.
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping others pursue careers in esthetics, medispa, or related fields.
- Familiarity with post-secondary education processes, funding options (e.g., student loans, grants), or vocational training is an asset.
- Professional, ethical approach to sales (emphasis on integrity and no-pressure guidance).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often with phone-based outreach and consultative selling.
