We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our real estate brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, short-form video content, and branding, and can create engaging content that helps generate leads and build a strong online presence in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Edit reels, short-form videos, and property showcase content
- Design posts, stories, and ad creatives
- Write engaging captions and hashtags
- Schedule and manage content calendars
- Respond to comments and messages when needed
- Assist with paid social media ads and promotions
- Stay updated with current social media trends
- Help grow followers, engagement, and lead generation
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
