Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (High OTE)

As we scale our operations, we are looking for a heavy-hitting Sales Closer who knows how to navigate the payment processing landscape and secure high-value partnerships.
The Role
This isn’t a lead-generation or cold-calling grind. You are being brought in to do what you do best: close.
You will take qualified opportunities, consult with business owners, overcome complex objections, and execute agreements. We need a strategic, polished professional who understands merchant statements, can articulate clear ROI, and isn’t afraid to lean in and ask for the business on the first or second call.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive the final stages of the B2B sales cycle, turning hot prospects and warm leads into signed merchant accounts.
- Conduct financial analysis on prospective clients' current processing statements to present clear, undeniable cost savings and value propositions.
- Navigate executive-level objections with confidence, authority, and high emotional intelligence.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly deal quotas to maximize our aggressive commission structure.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Closing Track Record: Minimum 2–5 years of high-performance sales experience, ideally within merchant services, payment processing, SaaS, or high-ticket B2B financial services.
- Industry Literacy: Ability to read financial statements, understand interchange rates, and discuss payment technology comfortably.
- The "Closer" Mindset: A hunter mentality with a sophisticated touch. You are highly resilient, self-motivated, and know how to create urgency without being transactional.
- Flawless Execution: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a reputation for maintaining a high close rate.
