Duties

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively, enhancing customer understanding and interest
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items or accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain an organized merchandising display that attracts customers and highlights key products
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining organizational standards
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly and answer customer questions confidently
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability in product demos, upselling, and merchandising enhances success in this role
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for balancing multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, are crucial for engaging customers both face-to-face and over the phone
