Duties
- Provide professional esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet guest needs and preferences
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting treatment areas and tools after each service
- Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist at the front desk with guest check-ins, scheduling appointments, and answering questions about services and products
- Conduct product demos to educate guests on skincare lines and encourage retail sales through effective upselling techniques
- Support the team with nail care services when required, ensuring a comprehensive guest experience
- Engage guests with excellent communication skills, providing friendly hospitality and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all guests
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions, consultations, and team collaboration
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling to promote skincare products and services confidently
- Experience with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest inquiries
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care techniques
- Ability to educate guests on product benefits through engaging demos while fostering a welcoming atmosphere
