Job Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Class 1 drivers license
- Clean 5 year drivers abstract
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Physically fit
- Experience in running Winch Tractor
- Certified in First Aid & H2S (preferred, but will train)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 1 Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- H2S Alive (preferred)
- Picker Operator (considered asset)
- Bed Operator (considered asset)
Responsibilities
- Operate the winch truck safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Load and unload freight, utilizing forklift skills as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Respond to and manage any mechanical issues, applying automotive repair knowledge when necessary.
- Comply with H2S Alive and First Aid protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$52.00 per hour
