We have launched the first Alice & Olivia retail experience in Canada in partnership with TNT. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a luxury, personalized shopping experience while embodying the bold, feminine, and fashion-forward spirit of the brand.
This is a dynamic role that combines sales excellence, client relationship building, and operational execution within a high-end retail environment. Ability to work between multiple locations as needed. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission.
Previous fashion retail experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize personal sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide an exceptional, welcoming, and personalized client experience.
- Demonstrate how new arrivals integrate with existing collections and previous client purchases.
- Communicate customer preferences, feedback, and product insights to store management.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage multiple customers efficiently in fitting room settings while following all policies and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain an elevated store presentation, ensuring the environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Support and uphold the company’s visual merchandising standards and brand integrity.
- Execute daily operational tasks such as cleaning, folding, steaming, replenishing, and sizing merchandise.
- Actively participate in merchandising activities, including stock receiving, product transfers, order processing, and floor changes.
- Maintain a professional appearance aligned with company dress code and image standards.
- Contribute to the protection of company assets by adhering to all asset protection policies and procedures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
