We’re looking for a individual with strong computer skills to join our growing property management team. No experience necessary, training will take place during the first few weeks on the job.
DUTIES
- Answer phone calls for leasing enquiries and book appointments
- Complete leasing templates
- Process rent, scan bank deposits, and call to collect late payments
- General administrative duties, including completing purchase orders, data entry, and filing
- Conduct regular vacant unit and property inspections
- Maintain list of pending repairs and special projects, coordinate with the team for timely completion
- Document rule infractions and, if necessary, compiling evidence in support of eviction proceedings
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency with MS Office and generally superior computer skills (typing minimum 45wpm)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Assertive and confident with a professional work ethic
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must have valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
