Allied Medical Instruments Inc. is a trusted Canadian distributor of medical consumables, proudly serving emergency medical services (EMS) and other pre-hospital care providers for over 40 years.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary focus of this role is order entry. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter customer orders accurately into our ERP system
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with order status and basic product inquiries
- Monitor and respond to emails in the customer service inbox
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing as needed
- General administrative support
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Previous data entry and/or order entry required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred, but not required
