We design and manufacture specialized scientific imaging products used in demanding applications around the world. We are looking for a detail-oriented Precision Assembly Technician to join our production team.
This role focuses on precision assembly, testing, and following established procedures to build high-quality products. Previous electronics assembly experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train candidates with strong hands-on skills and the right attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precision electro-mechanical assembly work
- Assemble small components and subassemblies using documented procedures
- Perform testing and verification steps according to work instructions
- Handle sensitive electronic components using ESD-safe procedures
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Identify and communicate quality concerns or assembly issues
- Support continuous improvement of assembly processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Comfortable working with small components and precision parts
- Ability to follow written procedures consistently
- Reliable, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable learning new processes and tools
- Experience with electronics assembly, soldering, manufacturing, quality inspection, or technical hobbies is an asset but not required

- Soldering experience
