What You Will Be Responsible For

Site Operations & Labour Support
-
Assist with day-to-day construction site activities across multiple project scopes.

Perform general labour duties including site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and organization.

Support site logistics and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Assist with deliveries, inventory, and material movement.

Site Coordination Support
-
Support the Site Supervisor with daily coordination of trades and subcontractors.

Assist in monitoring project progress and site activity.

Help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Communicate site updates, concerns, and issues to supervisors as required.

Participate in site safety practices and help maintain compliance.

Leadership Development

Learn construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination.

Gain exposure to multiple trades and commercial construction processes.

Develop the skills required to grow into a future supervisory role.

Take initiative and contribute positively to the overall site environment.
Qualifications
Required
-
Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation.
-
Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
-
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred
-
Previous construction, labour, or site experience.
-
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Building Sciences, or Skilled Trades.

Basic understanding of construction drawings and plans.

Experience working with subcontractors or multiple trades.
-
Safety certifications considered an asset: Working at Heights, WHMIS, and First Aid/CPR.
