Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in the cleaning industry. This role involves managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service standards to drive company’s success. The Operations Manager will play a key role in team development, inventory control, and operational efficiency to foster a positive working environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cleaning staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and set cleaning standard .
- Oversee daily cleaning operations
- Plan, organize, direct , control and evaluate the operations of an establishment providing services such as commercial and residential cleaning
- Establish or implement policies and procedure for staff
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, and safety regulations
- Foster a positive work environment through leadership in communication skills, phone etiquette, organizational skills, and team management.
- Hire, train and supervise staff

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
