Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care, manicure, pedicure and body waxing, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services with attention to client comfort and safety.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and body waxing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
