What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years in property maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, or a similar trade-based role
- Skilled across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry — and confident troubleshooting when things don't go to plan
- A strong communicator who works well independently and collaborates seamlessly with a team
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality workmanship on every job
- Comfortable with digital work order systems and mobile communication tools
- Familiar with Whistler and the surrounding area (an asset, but not required)

What Success Looks Like
Nothing slips through the cracks. Guests never notice a maintenance issue because you caught it first, homeowners trust that their property is in good hands, and every home you touch is left better than you found it.
