- Manage account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Supervise the finance team, providing leadership, training, and development to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new revenue streams and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
