Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on various textiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments and possess a strong focus on precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines according to specified design requirements
- Load and unload fabric or garments onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and tension
- Monitor machine operation to maintain quality standards throughout production runs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating embroidery or similar manufacturing machinery is preferred
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions as required
