Budtender – Regular & Relief Shifts

Available Shifts
We currently need coverage for the following regular weekly shifts:
- Monday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 4:00–11:00 p.m.
Applicants may apply for one, several or all of the available shifts.
We are also looking for someone interested in providing occasional relief coverage for vacation, illness and approved time off, primarily on weekends.

What We’re Looking For
- A people-person with strong customer service experience (retail or hospitality/serving preferred)
- Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Consistent availability for the regular shift or shifts selected
- Some flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is an asset
- Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn
Requirements
- Valid Selling It Right certificate (required)
- Valid government-issued ID proving age 19+
- Budtender service experience
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Cannabis product knowledge
Duties Include
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in-store
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly product recommendations
- Ensure accuracy at the point of sale
- Uphold a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
Store Operations
- Open/Close the store
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Restock inventory and manage recycling/garbage
- Perform end-of-day cash outs and secure deposits
