About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Brand & Content Strategy, you will play a key leadership role within the marketing team of a leading Canadian network of medical aesthetic clinics, Groupe Dermapure. You will be responsible for shaping, evolving, and ensuring the consistency of our brand identity and voice across all channels. Through compelling storytelling, data-informed insight, and a deep understanding of our patients’ journey, you will drive brand affinity, engagement, and conversion.
You will lead the development of multi-channel content strategies—covering owned, paid, and earned platforms—to elevate our positioning as the trusted authority in medical aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the evolution and guardianship of the brand identity, tone, and visual expression across all patient touchpoints.
- Translate business objectives into brand strategies that drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.
- Partner with clinic leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure local executions reflect the brand’s premium and medical positioning.
- Oversee the development of campaign platforms and creative concepts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and oversee the annual content strategy aligned with marketing priorities, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead the creation of engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts—across web, social, CRM, and in-clinic experiences.
- Ensure content consistency across all channels (website, social, paid media, email, PR, etc.), optimizing for both patient experience and brand impact.
- Supervise the brand content calendar and collaborate with internal and external partners (creative agency, copywriters, designers, video teams).
Performance & Optimization
- Define key KPIs for content effectiveness and brand health; track performance and optimize based on insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital, Paid Media, CRM and Social colleagues to integrate content strategy within broader acquisition and retention programs.
- Stay ahead of aesthetic industry trends, patient insights, and emerging storytelling formats to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a small team of brand and content specialists.
- Foster strong collaboration across internal and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
- Serve as a key brand ambassador within the organization, ensuring internal alignment and advocacy around the brand vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree an asset).
- 7–10 years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or integrated communications, ideally within beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
- Proven experience leading brand storytelling across multiple digital and physical touchpoints.
- Strong creative sensibility and ability to brief and evaluate creative concepts effectively.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to balance strategic vision with executional detail.
- Bilingual (French/English) is a mandatory, given our national footprint.
